摘要
预约诊疗是一项便民措施。口腔专科医院在开展预约挂号的实践过程中,存在口腔专科资源的供需矛盾、预约周期长、爽约高等问题,对此医疗机构自身应积极寻求行之有效的解决办法,如加大动态宣传引导的力度,合理缓冲供需矛盾,科学安排预约周期,控制患者爽约率,并维持医疗机构现有的正常运转不受其影响,才能更好的推进预约诊疗工作的开展。
The appointment of diagnosis and treatment is a convenience service for patients. Aimed at problems existing in the practice of appointment registration carried out by stomatological hospital such as intense disparity between oral medical supply and de- mands, long cycle of patient engagement, high rate of breaking appointment by outpatients and so on, we put forward that ourselves should try to find effective method positively, measures like put more efforts in the spot dissemination and guidance, buffer the imbal- ance between supply and demand appropriately, arrange reasonable appointment cycles, control the rate of appointment-breaking event and sustain the normal operating of current medical institutions should be taken to promote the carrying out of appointment of diagnosis and treatment work.
