摘要
目的:观察益气养阴、化痰通络方治疗冠心病合并2型糖尿病PCI术后患者的临床疗效。方法:治疗组与对照组均给予常规西药治疗;治疗组给予益气养阴、化痰通络颗粒剂,每日1剂,早晚分服,连服2周,观察2组1个月后中医证候疗效,心电图,BNP,超声心动图的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组中医证侯改善的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组心电图疗效变化不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组BNP、超声心动图的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴、化痰通络方能有效改善冠心病合并2型糖尿病PCI术后患者的中医证候、BNP及超声心动图。
Objective： To observe the recent curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin and Huntan Tongluo Fang in the treatment of patients complicated with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes after PCI. Methods： According to the random number table method, 40 patients complicated with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes after PCI were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 20 cases in each group.The treatment group and the control group were given conventional western medicine as the foundation treatment. In addition, the treatment group were given the granules of Yiqi Yangyin, Huatan Tongluo Fang, twice a day,morning and evening service points, even served two weeks. The changes in effect of TCM syndromes curative, electrocardiogram, BNP, ultrasonic echo-cardiogram were observed after one month.Results： The total efficiency of TCM syndromes curative is significantly higher than the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. There is no statistical significance in the electrocardiogram curative effect of the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）. The treatment group of BNP, ultrasonic echo-cardiogram were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yiqi Yangyin Huntan Tongluo Fang can effectively improve the TCM syndromes curative, BNP, ultrasonic echo-cardiogram of the patients complicated with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes after PCI.
