摘要
目的:观察化痰通络方配合颈痛贴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将88例符合诊断标准的椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组对照组,每组各44例。两组患者均给予颈痛贴,对照组加服颈复康颗粒,治疗组加服化痰通络方。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为86.36%,对照组有效率为68.18%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后临床症状积分优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通络方配合颈痛贴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著,且可显著改善患者的临床症状。
Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Phlegm-Resolving and Collateral-Dredging Prescription on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods：Totally 88 patients accorded with the diagnostic criteria and diagnosed with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. Both groups were given Neck-Pain Piaster for the treatment. Control group were added with Jingfukang Granules and treatment group were addi- tionally given Phlegm-Resolving and Collateral-Dredging Prescription for the treatment. The clinical effects and the changes of symptom scores in both groups before and after the treatment were observed. Results ：The effective rate was 86.36% in treatment group and 68.18% in control group;the difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. The clinical symptom scores in both groups im- proved after the treatment,and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Phlegm-Resolving and Collateral-Dredging Prescription ocombined with Neck-Pain Plaster has remarkable therapeutic effects on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
