摘要
系统效应是近年来国际关系学界的热门理论,但总体来看,其应用多而理论分析少。本文首先提出了一个初步的理论分析框架,即理论的三重价值分析框架,然后对"系统效应"进行具体的价值分析。研究发现,系统效应具有较高的启示价值和解释价值,却基本没有实践价值,这与其理论特性有关,也与其理论缺陷有关。本文认为,未来发展"系统效应"的首要任务是完善其基本理论框架,"系统效应"将在未来国际关系理论发展过程中起到重要作用。
Nowadays the ＂System Effect＂ has been is more about application than theoretical analysis. ＂Three Values Analysis＂ to evaluate theories, and frame, this article points out ＂System Effect＂ has a a popular topic in international relations. But in general, it This article puts forward a preliminary frame called as then applies it to the ＂System Effect＂. According to the relatively high inspirative and explanative value, but basi- caUy no practical value, which is closely related to its characters and defects. Thus, the very first mission to de- velop the ＂System Effect＂ theory is to modify its basic theory frame. At last, this article believes that＂System Effect＂ theory will play an important role in the development of international relations.
