摘要
现实主义国际关系理论对国际关系的解读大多都坚持本体上的还原论,在解读世界政治时容易出现简单、静态和线性思维,进而导致在解读事物变化和趋势时出现盲点和误区,如果借鉴系统演化的观点,则可以补充和丰富国际关系的诠释能力。系统演化可以更好地分析事物的相对性、相关性和相互性,将局部与整体、确定性与不确定性置于一个分析框架之下。系统性思维认为,虽然现有的国际关系理论仍无法全面准确地解释这个世界,但可以从哲学层面以复杂性、整体性、相对性、系统性和辩证性对其进行审视,从而客观地分析国际关系的发展变化。作者认为,分析系统演化的各种可能性有利于把握事务变化的趋势和特征。
The realism of international relations theory identified the ontological reductionism as the mainstream. To some extent,it led to the simple,static and linear thoughts on world politics,and the misunderstanding and vacancy in interpreting the changes in international relations. The systematic evolution perspective should be used for reference to enrich the explanatory power of the IR theory. Clarifying the relationship between the order and the disorder of the systematic evolution,and holding the evolution's characteristics would provide a better understanding of the relativity,relevance and mutuality,and integrate the whole and the parts,and the certainty and the uncertainty within one analytical framework. It is suggested that systematic and dialectical thinking should be taken when reviewing the world and analyzing the new developments in international relations.
