摘要
目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定糕粉中滑石粉含量的分析方法。方法分别采用硝酸-双氧水和硝酸-双氧水-氢氟酸2种消解体系对试样进行前处理,加入适量的过饱和硼酸溶液络合过量的氢氟酸,用ICP-AES测定镁的含量。结果镁标准溶液的浓度范围为5.0 mg/L^60.0 mg/L时呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=813.01x+385.85,相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准偏差为2.23%~7.21%(n=6),回收率为95.5%~105.5%。结论本方法具有试剂消耗量小、耗时短、干扰小、灵敏度高等特点,可应用于糕粉中滑石粉含量的测定,结果令人满意,在实际样品的检测中有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To establish a method for detection the content of the french chalk in cake powder by Microwave Digestion-atomic emission spectrometry. Methods The samples were treated two microwave digestion system of HNO3-H2O2 and HNO3-H2O2-HF,and adding proper amount of boric acid saturated solution complexation excess hydrofluoric acid,content determination of magnesium was detected by ICP-AES. Results Mg2 +showed a good linear in the range of 5. 0 mg / L-60. 0 mg / L,linear equation of Mg2 +were: y = 813. 01 x + 385. 85,correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8,the relative standard deviation were 2. 23%-7. 21%( n = 6) and the recoveries were 95. 5%-105. 5%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and sensitive. It is applied to the cake powder with satisfactory results. And it will be widely applied in detection of french chalk.
