摘要
用湿法硝酸-双氧水进行消解,提出了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定吴茱萸样品中钾、镁、铅、铜、铁、铬、锌和锰等多种微量元素的方法.其检出限为0.4 ng/mL^95.4 ng/mL,变异系数为0.4%~4.9%,回收率除铅(85.3%)外,为93.3%~106.1%.研究表明中药吴茱萸中含有比较丰富的锰元素,微量元素在中药中可能起到一定的药理作用,用ICP-AES测定中药中微量元素以评价中药价值具有重要的意义.
A method of simultaneous determination of trace elements in Chinese medicine Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth was developed by using ICP-AES together with HNO3-H2O2 digestion. The average recovery was 93.3%-106.1% for K, Mg, Cu, Fe, Cr, Zn and Mn, and 85.3% for Pb in Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss. ) Benth with the RSD of 0.4-4.9%(n= 10). The method was applied to the analysis of some practical samples. Relatively abundant Mn was detected. Because the trace elements play an important medical role in Chinese medicine, the determination of those substances by using ICP-AES is of importance in the assessment of Chinese medicine.
