摘要
口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)是一种口腔黏膜慢性炎症性疾病,常表现为口腔黏膜对称性的白纹、丘疹、斑片或疱。因其病因复杂且尚不明确,故临床上仅以控制其病情、减少患者症状为主要目的,局部应用糖皮质激素仍是治疗OLP的主要方法。然而,为获得更理想、更安全的治疗效果,近些年一些新的、替代的局部治疗方法已被越来越广泛探索并应用。
Oral lichen planus（OLP） is a chronic inflammatory disease.Its clinical manifestations are usually characterized by the bilateral white striations,papules,plaques or blisters on the oral mucosa.As its etiology is complex and unclear,the main purpose of clinical treatment is only to control the disease condition and reduce symptoms.Hence,topical application of corticosteroids is still the main palliative treatment method for OLP.However,in order to achieve better and safer therapeutic effects,alternative therapeutic approaches have been explored and applied more and more widely.
