摘要
目的:分析通窍活血汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗口腔扁平苔癣的临床疗效。方法:将60例口腔扁平苔藓患者作为研究对象,将其按照就诊时间分为参照组(就诊时间2016年1月—2016年12月)与治疗组(就诊时间2017年1月—2017年12月),参照组给予窄谱中波紫外线治疗,治疗组在参照组基础上配合通窍活血汤。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:参照组总有效率(66.67%)显著低于治疗组总有效率(93.33%)(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血浆黏度与红细胞压积无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组血浆黏度改善明显优于参照组(P<0.05);但两组患者红细胞压积无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:为口腔扁平苔藓患者进行通窍活血汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗效果显著,可以有效提高治疗效果,治疗后血浆黏度得到明显改善,值得临床大力推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with narrow band ultraviolet B on oral lichen planus.Methods:Sixty patients with oral lichen planus were studied.They were divided into control group(January 2016 to December 2016)and treatment group(January 2017 to December 2017)according to the time of treatment.Treatment group added Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction.We compared the therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(66.67%),which was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(93.3%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma viscosity and hematocrit(P>0.05)between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the improvement of plasma viscosity in the treatment group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet(UV)treatment of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoctioncombined with narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet(UV)treatment in the patients with oral lichen is remarkable,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the plasma viscosity after treatment,worthy of clinical intensive popularization and use.
