摘要
缺乏一种良好的公司治理文化是当前导致我国许多公司治理问题的一个重要原因。而对公司治理文化的理论研究也刚刚起步。本文主要对“公司治理文化”这一概念进行界定,并分析其特点以及影响因素,同时在强调公司治理文化建设的重要性与紧迫性的基础上,提出我国公司治理文化建设的内容。
The absence of mature corporate governance culture is one of the important factors which lead to many problems of corporate governance in China. The research on corporate governance just begins. The paper defines the conception 'corporate governance culture', analysizes its characteristics and its influence factors. Then it discusses the content of the construction of corporate governance culture in China on the basis of emphasizing the importance in building corporate governance culture.
