摘要
目的:探讨丹蛭降糖胶囊对糖尿病模型大鼠肾脏病理组织的影响。方法:取大鼠55只,除正常对照组外,其余动物先给予高脂饲料喂养四周,一次性给糖尿病模型大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)35mg/kg,造模成功后的SD大鼠随机分为4组:丹蛭降糖胶囊高剂量组(DJC高)、丹蛭降糖胶囊低剂量组(DTC低)、吡格列酮组、模型组。除模型组和正常对照组外,其余组连续灌胃8周,测定血糖及尿微量白蛋白,留取肾脏观察病理形态,称肾重量。结果:模型组与正常组比较,有明显的病理形态改变,予丹蛭降糖胶囊后,受损的肾脏组织有明显的恢复。其降糖疗效是肯定的,模型组大鼠血糖较正常组大鼠血糖明显升高(P<0.01),而丹蛭高、低组大鼠的血糖与模型组大鼠血糖比较显著降低(P<0.01),疗效与吡格列酮组相近。其对尿微量白蛋白的控制是明确的,造模后,大鼠尿微量白蛋白漏出明显增多(P<0.01),灌胃后,丹蛭高、低组与模型组比较,尿微量白蛋白显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:丹蛭降糖胶囊可有效逆转糖尿病大鼠早期肾脏病理损伤,有降糖、减少尿微量白蛋白的漏出,减轻糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Kidney Disease,DKD)早期肾重量的作用。
Objective： The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of Danzhi jiangtang Capsule on renal pathological tissue of diabetic rats. Methods： We divided 55 rats into 5 groups, fed the rats high calorie diet exclusive of the normal group for 4 weeks ,then gave diabetic model rats intraperitoneal injection with streptozotocin （STZ） of 35mg/kg once only, randomly divided successful modeling rats into high-dose Danzhi jiangtang capsule （DJC） group, low-dose Danzhijiangtang capsule （DJC） group ,Pioglitazone group and model group. Gave the rats intragastric administration continuously for 8 weeks ,except for model group and normal group, detected blood glucose and urinary micro-albumin , kept the kidneys to observe pathological morphology and weighed the kidneys. Result： The pathological morphology of model group had obvious change compared with normal group ,the damaged renal tissue repaired obviously after being given Danzhi jiangtang Capsule. The hypoglycemic curative effect was positive, the level of blood glucose of model group was significantly higher compared with normal group （P〈0.01）,while the level of blood glucose of high-dose DJC group and low-dose DJC group reduced significantly compared with normal group （P〈0.01）,their curative effect were similar to Pioglitazone group. The control of DJC on the urine micro albumin was clear, after molding, rats＇ leakage of urine micro albumin increased significantly （P〈0.01）, after intragastric treatment,the level of urine micro albumin of high-dose DJC group and low-dose DJC group compared with normal group reduced significantly（P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion： DJC can reverse early renal pathological injury,reduce blood glucose and leakage of urine micro albumin, ease the kidney weight of early Diabetic Kidney Disease（DKD） rats.
