摘要
目的:为寻找具有临床应用价值的心脑血管药物,设计合成了乙基丹皮酚肟氨基烷基醚类衍生物.方法:以丹皮酚和溴乙烷为原料,合成得到乙基丹皮酚醚,进一步反应生成乙基丹皮酚肟,肟羟基与不同的二溴烷烃进行亲核取代,生成乙基丹皮酚肟溴代烷基醚类衍生物,然后与N-乙基哌嗪进行反应生成了4个乙基丹皮酚氨胺基烷基醚类衍生物.结果和结论:得到了4个乙基丹皮酚肟氨基烷基醚类衍生物,目标物化学结构经MS,IR,1H-NMR确证.
Objective:in order to search for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs with clinical application value,ethyl paeonoxime aminoalkyl ether derivatives were designed and synthesized.Methods:ethyl paeonol ether was synthesized with paeonol and bromoethane as raw materials,and then ethyl paeonol oxime was further synthesized.Oxime hydroxyl was nucleophilic substituted with different dibromoalkanes to form ethyl paeonol oxime brominated alkyl ether derivatives,and then four ethyl paeonol aminoamino alkyl ether derivatives were synthesized with N-ethyl piperazine.Results and conclusion:four aminoalkyl ether derivatives of ethylpaeonoxime were obtained.The chemical structures of the target compounds were confirmed by MS,IR,~1H-NMR.
