摘要
目的了解本地区过敏性疾病分布特点,为临床防治提供依据。方法采用德国MEDIWISS敏筛过敏原免疫印迹半定量检测系统对1 313例过敏性疾病患者进行血清总Ig E和各种特异性Ig E检测。结果 1 313例过敏性疾病患者,总Ig E阳性率为70.4%(925/1 313),特异性Ig E阳性率为80.4%(1 055/1 313)。吸入性阳性率为65.3%(858/1 313),检出前三位过敏原分别是户尘螨37.6%(494/1 313),狗毛皮屑6.9%(90/1 313),屋尘4.9%(64/1 313);食入性阳性率为15.0%(197/1 313),前三位过敏原分别是牛奶3.3%(43/1 313),蟹3.2%(42/1 313),腰果2.2%(29/1 313)。1 055例特异性过敏原阳性在不同过敏性疾病中检出率有一定差异,位居前三位的主要是变应性鼻炎37.5%(396/1 055),过敏性咳嗽15.0%(158/1 055),支气管哮喘13.5%(142/1 055)。结论本地区过敏性疾病的过敏原以户尘螨、狗毛皮屑、屋尘为主,临床可根据各年龄段及常见过敏性疾病在不同科室检出率的不同,以及各过敏原含量级别的不同来进行过敏性疾病的诊断和防治。
Objective To investigate the distribution of allergic disease,so as to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods German MEDIWISS susceptibility screening allergens immunoblot semi- quantitative detection system was used for 1313 patients with allergic disease for the detection of serum total Ig E and all kinds of specific Ig E. Results Among 1313 patients with allergic disease,the total positive rate of Ig E was 70. 4%( 925 /1313),specificity rate of positive Ig E was 80. 4%( 1055 /1313). Inhaled positive rate was 65. 3%( 858 /1313). Checked out the top three allergens were 37. 6%( 494 /1313) of dust mites,6. 9% of dog dander( 90 /1313),4. 9% of house dust( 64 /1313); Food- borne positive rate was 15. 0%( 197 /1313),and the top three allergens were milk 3. 3%( 43 /1313),crab 3. 2%( 42 /1313),2. 2%( 29 /1313) of cashew. The positive detection rates in different allergic disease of 1 055 cases of specific allergens had certain differences. The top three main allergic rhinitis were 37. 5%( 396 /1055) of allergic rhinitics,15. 0%( 158 /1055) of allergic cough,and 13. 5%( 142 /1055) in bronchial asthma. Conclusion The allergens of allergic disease in this region are mainly dust mites,dog dander,dust room. According to different age stages and in different departments detection rate of common allergic disease,as well as the different levels of the allergen content to diagnose and treat allergic disease on clinic.
