摘要
目的 探讨武汉地区过敏性紫癜患儿与血清过敏原特异性IgE的关系.方法 采用过敏原体外检测试剂检测217例过敏性紫癜患儿的血清过敏原特异性IgE.结果 194例患儿血清总IgE阳性,阳性率为89.4%,特异性IgE阳性患儿181例,阳性率83.4%,其中吸入组过敏原阳性率较高是猫毛狗毛皮屑(26.3%)、户尘螨粉尘螨(25.3%);食入组阳性率较高是牛羊肉(13.4%)、牛奶(11.9%).结论 武汉地区儿童过敏性紫癜的发生与吸入性过敏原和食物性过敏原都有密切关系,猫毛狗毛皮屑、户尘螨粉尘螨、牛羊肉和牛奶为武汉地区过敏性紫癜患儿的主要过敏原.
Objective To investigate the relationship between allergens and the causes of childhood with Henoch-schonlein Purpur(HSP) in Wuhan. Methods The serum specific IgE of ingestive and inhalant allergens were detected by allergen in vitro test kit in 217 HSP children. Results 89. 40//00 (194/217) HSP children showed total IgE positive reaction and 83. 4% (181/217) showed specific IgE positive reaction. Cat hair and dog hair (26.3%),house dust and dermatophagoides (25.3%),were the main inhalant allergens. Cow and mutton meat (13.4 % ), milk (11.9 % ) were the main ingestive allergens. Conclusion The exposure to the allergens was closely associated with the occurrence o{ childhood HSP in Wuhan. Furthermore ,cat hair and dog halt,house dust and dermatophagoides ,cow and mutton meat,milk were the main allergens of childhood with HSP in Wuhan.
