激光倾斜角对铝合金焊点熔深的影响

摘要 通过研究激光焊接过程中激光光束倾斜角对铝合金焊点形态的影响,研究发现,焊点形貌随着光束偏移方向发生移动,当激光束偏移40°时,焊点熔宽和有效结合面熔宽达到极大值;焊点熔深和有效结合深度随着光束偏移角的增大而减小,光束偏移60°时,铝片已经不能完全熔合;焊点拉力变化与熔深变化基本一致,激光倾斜角对HAZ的影响不大。 The paper studied the effect of laser tilt angle on weld morphology of aluminum alloy. The test results indicated that both weld width and effective joint width reached the maximum values in case of laser tilting at 40°; weld penetration and effective joint depth decreased with the increase of tilt angle,fully fused weld was not available to the two aluminum alloy layers in case of laser tilting at 60°; the variation of weld strength was consistent with that of weld penetration; Laser tilt angle had little effect on HAZ.
