卷取机夹送辊偏移角融合解耦算法研究

摘要 针对热带钢连轧机地下卷取机夹送辊控制带钢头部穿带问题,提出使用拟牛顿融合解耦算法,利用拟牛顿非线性方程求解原理,综合带钢运行过程中力学及弯曲状况特性,从最优化角度,研究解决了夹送辊理想偏移角的快速数值近似计算问题。通过计算结果表明,拟牛顿融合解耦算法计算精度高,并且收敛速度快。 For the strip feeding controlling problem of down Coiler for hot strip mill,this paper proposed quasinewton fusion decomposition algorithm,took advantage of the solution theory of the nonlinear equations,considered the mechanical and bending characteristics,from the point of view of optimization,settled the problem of the quick approximation computation of the ideal biasing angle of tension roll for biting into coiler. The calculation demonstrated that quasi-newton fusion decomposition algorithm is obviously predominant in accuracy and converged speed.
