摘要
目的:观察双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊(培菲康)联合锌制剂治疗婴幼儿肺炎继发性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取肺炎继发性腹泻婴幼儿50例(病例组),随机分为联合治疗组(予口服培菲康和葡萄糖酸锌)及菲康治疗组(予口服培菲康)。50例同期健康体检的近期未服用锌制剂的同龄儿为健康对照组。检测各组血锌水平及病例组治疗前后的血浆二胺氧化酶(Diamine oxidase,DAO)活性。结果:病例组与健康对照组相比较,前者血锌水平明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后联合治疗组血锌水平(57.79±10.10)μmol/L及治疗总有效率92.00%,均高于培菲康治疗组的(49.95±13.41)μmol/L和68.00%;且联合治疗组血浆DAO活性(1.05±0.39)μ/m L,明显低于培菲康治疗组的(1.31±0.42)μ/m L。结论:培菲康联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗肺炎继发性腹泻能明显减少腹泻持续时间,促进受损肠道黏膜功能的恢复,提高疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Lactobacillus and Enterococuss capsule( Bifico) combined with zinc preparations in the treatment of children with pneumonia accompanied with diarrhea. Methods: Fifty infants with pneumonia accompanied with diarrhea were enrolled in patient group,and then randomly divided into two groups,one was given Bifico only and the other was given zinc combined with Bifico. The control group was selected 50 cases of physical examination healthy infants who have not taken zinc preparations recently during the same period. Detected serum zinc levels of each group and the serum diamine oxidase( DAO) activity of patient group. Results: The serum zinc level of patient group was significantly lower than that of the health control group( P〈0. 01). After treatment,there was statistically significant difference between the combined treatment group and Bifico group in total effective rate( 92. 00% vs 68. 00%,P〈0. 05). The serum zinc levels of the combined treatment group were( 57. 79±10. 10) μmol / L which was higher than that of Bifico group( 49. 95 ± 13. 41) μmol / L,the serum DAO activity of the combined treatment group were( 1. 05±0. 39) μ/m L which was lower than that of Bifico group( 1. 31±0. 42) μ/m L( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Children with pneumonia accompanied with diarrhea appear to benefit from zinc gluconate and Bifico supplementation,for reducing the episode of duration and promoting the damage of the intestinal mucosa functional recovery.
