摘要
融合是旅游业与生俱来的天性,融合性是旅游业的本质属性,产业融合是旅游业的形成基础和主要的发展动力。融合发展是云南建设旅游强省的必由之路,这是根据旅游发展新常态、党委政府新要求、人民群众新需求和市场主体新期待做出的战略选择。推动云南旅游业融合发展,就是要在融合中做大做强旅游要素产业,推动旅游融入城乡建设、生态文明建设和对外开放,推进旅游产业与一二三产深度融合,形成旅游业全面融合的发展格局。为确保旅游业融合发展取得成效,还应该继续在提高思想认识、加强组织领导、制订鼓励政策、加大投入引导、加强监测考评等方面做好工作。
Integration is an inbred nature of tourism, the amalgamation is the essential attribute of tourism, and the industrial convergence is the formation basis and the main development power of tourism. Integral development is the only way to construct strong tourism province of Yunnan, and the strategic choice is made according to the new normalcy of tourism development, the new requirement of the Party committees and governments, the needs of the masses, and the new expectation of market subject. To promote integral development of Yunnan tourism is to make the major tourism industry bigger and stronger in its process of integration, strengthen the urban and rural construction with tourism integrated, the construction of ecological civilization, opening to the outside world, advance the integration of tourism industry with agriculture, industry and service industry, and form the overall integral development pattern of tourism. To ensure that the integration development of tourism achieves its effects, we have a lot of things to do, such as continue to improve our ideological cognition, strengthen leadership and organization, make encouragement policy, increase the investment guide, and strengthen monitoring and evaluation.
