摘要
国内外在地域文化品牌对旅游要素产业影响方面的研究较少,文章从增收入、调结构、促布局、赶差距、引人才五个方面论述了"多彩贵州"品牌助推贵州旅游饭店业发展的现状,从季节波动、商标使用率、整体品牌形象打造等角度提出贵州旅游饭店业在使用"多彩贵州"品牌中的困惑,最后尝试性地从管理运营智慧化、产品供给标准化、元素设计全域化、服务主体本地化四大方面对如何使用"多彩贵州"品牌助推饭店业转型升级进行了战略构建。
There is little literature on regional culture brand's influence on tourism industry development. This paper discusses the present situation of the" colorful Guizhou" brand's boosting function on the development of Guizhou hotel industry from the five aspects: increasing income, regulating structure, optimizing layout, narro- wing gaps and introducing human resources. The industry's confusion during the process of using the brand is also expounded in terms of seasonal fluctuation, trademark usage frequency and overall brand image building. Finally, the article puts forward a strategic suggestion on how to promote the transformation and upgra- ding of the hoteI industry under the impetus of the brand" colorful Guizhou" from the following four respects : intelligent management operation, standardized product supply ,full-domain elements design and localized serv- ice principals.
