基于模态和刚度灵敏度分析的白车身轻量化研究 被引量:4

摘要 以某在研车型为研究对象,建立了白车身有限元模型,以车身板厚为设计变量,基于模态和刚度进行了灵敏度分析,综合考虑汽车的制造成本和性能要求,找到影响较大的部件进行优化,并确定最终方案。经过优化白车身共减重10.2 kg,轻量化指数降低了0.22,性能验证分析的结果显示白车身模态、刚度、强度、安全各项性能均能满足目标值的要求,表明基于模态和刚度灵敏度分析的白车身轻量化分析方法是有效的。 Taking a research vehicle as the research object, FEM model of BIW is created. Taking the part thickness as design variable, sensitivity analysis is did based on the mode and stiff- ness, and the optimal body parts are found by considering the manufacturing cost and performance. Then the ultimate solution is chosen. Body weight is reduced 10.2 kg, and the lightweight index is decreased by 0.22. The result of performance verification analysis shows that the mode, stiffness and strength can meet the target requirements, which demonstrated that the method of body lightweight a- nalysis based on modal and stiffness sensitivity analysis is effective.
