摘要
培养医学生的临床思维能力,是教师指导学生将书本知识运用于临床实践的重要组成部分,是让医学生从见习开始实现向临床医生过渡的关键环节。本教研室结合传染病科独特的学科特点,发现在传染病实习中的临床思维培养存在兴趣缺乏、思维混乱和被动思维等问题,并分析其原因。而后从消除学生对传染病的畏惧感、提高学习兴趣、注重病史采集及规范病历书写方面来探讨,通过多种临床思维模式的应用及以问题为基础的学习(PBL)来培养学生积极主动的临床思维方式。
The cultivation of clinical thinking ability is a key part in which teachers instructs medical students to apply book knowledge into clinical practice and realize the transition to clinicians. Because of its particularity, clinical probation in the department of infectious diseases has a special feature. Based on the characteristics of lemology, we found the problems related to the training of clinical thinking including lack of interest, illogie thought and passive thought. Throughout the analysis of the causes, we started from eliminating the fear of infectious diseases, enhancing students' interest, paying attention to interrogation and quality of writing medical records and then discussed the cultivation of different kinds of clinical thinking pattern in order to improve the clinical thinking ability. Finally, problem-based learning was applied to cultivate the students" activate clinical thinking pattern.
