摘要
为了达到国Ⅳ、国Ⅴ标准,柴油产品通常需经过深度加氢精制处理,造成其润滑性却不断降低。而使用传统酸型、酯型抗磨剂以提高其润滑性又受到了越来越多的局限。通过酯型抗磨剂的金属含量分析,发现传统酯型抗磨剂中的钠离子质量浓度很高,达到了4 630μg/g,另外还含有少量的钙离子和钾离子,这些离子在抗磨剂中,可能会对柴油的质量有一定的影响。通过酯型抗磨剂的亲水性试验,发现当柴油中加有传统酯型抗磨剂时,油水界面略有浑浊,柴油相是浑浊的;而加有高品质酯型抗磨剂后,油水界面仍然是清晰的,柴油相是透明的。对第二代酯型抗磨剂进行了试验,结果表明高品质酯型抗磨剂完全满足了企业内控指标的要求,柴油产品质量得到了保证。
The diesel oil meets Guo Ⅳ and Guo Ⅴ standard specifications after further treatment,but its lubricity goes down.The application of conventional acid and ester type anti-wear agents to improve its lubricity has met with increasing limitations.The analysis has found that the conventional ester type anti-wear agent is high in sodium ion content,which is as high as 4 630 mg/kg.In addition,it also contains a small amount of calcium and potassium ions.The ions in the anti-wear agent may have a certain impact on diesel quality.The hydrophilic test of ester type anti-wear agent has also found that,when the traditional diesel ester type anti-wear agent is added in diesel oil,the oil-water interface is slightly turbid and diesel oil phase is cloudy; Affter addition of high-quality ester type anti-wear agent,the oil-water interface is still clear and diesel is transparent.The results show that the high-quality ester type anti-wear agent can completely satisfy the requirements of the internal product quality controls.The diesel quality is ensured.
