不同生物柴油对低硫柴油润滑性的改善研究 被引量:8

摘要 以蓖麻油、棕榈油、菜籽油、棉籽油、大豆油及花椒油等为原料制备的脂肪酸甲酯及脂肪酸乙酯生物柴油为润滑性改进剂,用高频往复试验机法(HFRR)考察生物柴油对低硫柴油润滑性的改善作用。实验结果表明,蓖麻油脂肪酸甲酯及蓖麻油脂肪酸乙酯生物柴油的改善效果最佳,0.5%的添加量就可使低硫柴油磨斑直径降低到450μm以下,满足标准要求(磨斑直径不大于460μm)。优化蓖麻油脂肪酸甲酯及蓖麻油脂肪酸乙酯生物柴油的复配比例,组成70%的蓖麻油脂肪酸甲酯生物柴油及30%的蓖麻油脂肪酸乙酯生物柴油润滑性改进剂,且0.5%的添加量可使调合后的柴油满足GB 19147—2013车用柴油标准。不同烷氧基链长的生物柴油对低硫柴油润滑性的改善作用没有明显不同。 The methyl and ethyl ester types of biodiesel from different vegetable oils such as castor oil, maripa oil, rate oil, cotton seed oil, soybean oil and Chinese pickly oil were added to diesel fuel and the resulting lubricity improvement was studied by using the High Frequency Reciprocating Rig method (HFRR). The results indicated that the biodiesel with castor oil as lubricity enhancer showed highest improvement. The 0. 5 % dosage could reduce buffing mark diameter of diesel oil to less than 450 p,m ( meeting the standard' s requirement of no greater than 460 μm). The addition of 0.5% biodiesel with 70% castor oil methyl ester and 30% castor oil ethyl ester can make the diesel meet specifications of GB 19147--2013 standard for motor diesel. It was also found that the biodiesel with different alkoxy chains has no significant difference for improving the lubrieity of low-sulfur diesel fuel.
