摘要
在石油行业中,根据其规划标准,对原油的划分以其密度大小为依据,可分为轻质油、中质油、重质油以及超重质油。从其组成成分来看,原油的密度主要取决于一些化学层面的分子含量,包括胶质和沥青质,以及石油组分的分子量等。而重质油作为原油中的一种,由于自身具有较大的黏度和密度,其分子结构特征较为复杂,要想充分利用其中的有价值组分,在对其采用化学方法分析之前,需要先对其进行分离。分离重质油有多种方法,以超临界流体萃取蒸馏法为主题,简要概述其在现代行业中的发展应用,并分析其在分离重质油中的应用。
In the petroleum industry,according to its planning standard,the crude oil can be divided into light oil,medium oil, heavy oil and super heavy oil according to its density.From its composition,the density of crude oil mainly depends on the molecular content of some chemical layers,including gum and asphaltene,as well as the molecular weight of petroleum components.As a kind of crude oil,heavy oil has large viscosity and density,and its molecular structure is complex.In order to make full use of its valuable components,it is necessary to separate them before chemical analysis.There are many ways to separate heavy oil.In this paper,the development and application of supercritical fluid extraction distillation in modern industry are briefly summarized,and its application in the separation of heavy oil is analyzed.
