摘要
原油在炼制过程中会产生催化裂化油浆、减压渣油等成分复杂的物质,对其进行精密的萃取分离,可对其化学组分及结构进行深入分析,萃取馏分可用于制备高性能的碳材料。本文介绍了超临界流体萃取技术在制备中间相沥青、分离渣油等重油加工领域的应用,并对萃取装置、流程及工艺参数等因素进行简要分析。
The crude oil will produce FCC slurry,vacuum residue,complex composition,etc,after the precise extraction sepration of which,the chemical composition and structure could be analyzed in depthand extraction fraction could be used to prepare high performance carbon materials.The application of supercritical fluid extrac-tion technology in the preparation of mesophase pitch and residue oil were introduced in this paper,and the extrac-tion device,process and process parameters were analyzed briefly.
