摘要
介绍了神华煤直接液化柴油的性质和柴油抗磨剂种类,分析发现低氧、低氮和低多环芳烃是导致柴油润滑性能不足的原因。通过对比脂肪酸型和脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂在煤直接液化柴油中的使用效果以及十六烷值改进剂对其效果的影响,发现脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂在降低柴油磨痕直径和与十六烷值改进剂配伍性方面优于脂肪酸型抗磨剂。脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂在神华煤直接液化项目中的工业应用表明,柴油磨痕直径较采用酸型剂时降低了21.4%,酸度由0.045 mg/mL降至0.005 mg/mL,且抗磨剂和十六烷值改进剂添加量大幅降低,每年可节约成本约270万元。
The diesel properties of direct coal liquefaction and types of diesel anti-wear agents were introduced.The analysis showed the reasons for insufficient diesel lubricating performance were its low oxygen,low nitrogen and low polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.By comparing the effect of fatty acid type and fatty acid ester type anti-wear agents in direct coal liquefaction to diesel and the impact of cetane number improver on them,it was found that fatty acid ester type anti-wear agent had significant advantages in reducing the wear scar diameter of diesel and compatibility with cetane number improver.The successful industrial application of fatty acid ester type anti-wear agent in direct coal liquefaction to diesel not only improved the quality of the diesel products,but also greatly reduced the amount of anti-wear agent and cetane number improver,which could save 2.7 million yuan every year.
