摘要
随着我国零售连锁超市间竞争的进一步加大，通过逆向物流管理来降低成本、提高收益的做法已经开始逐渐被企业所重视。针对连锁超市逆向物流管理的特征，详细分析了连锁超市逆向物流的管理现状及存在问题，指出要想提高企业收益、增强竞争力，必须重视逆向物流的重要性，探讨加强逆向物流管理的思路和对策。
with further increasing competition in China＇s retail chain supermarket,the cost of reverse logistics management to improve the income has gradually been paid more practice in reducing the and more attention. According to the characteristics of supermarket chain of reverse logistics management, this paper firstly analyses the management situation and the problems of chain supermarket logistics in detail so as to increase the income of enterprises and enhance competitiveness, and then points out that the importance of reverse logistics should be focused on, finally proposes some ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the reverse logistics management.
