简述了逆向物流的含义及产生,并分析了零售连锁超市逆向物流管理的发展状况及存在的问题,从而得出零售连锁超市重视逆向物流的意义所在,进而提出了超市在逆向物流管理方面应采取的措施,经分析得出:零售连锁超市建立逆向物流体系意义重大。
This article briefly describes the concept and production of reverse logistics and analyses the development of reverse logistics management in retail chain stores and the existing problems .Then it points out the signifieance to the stores by pay much attention to reverse logistics management and then put forward measures for retail chain stores in the reverse logisties management. It concludes that the establishment of reverse logistics management system is of great importance to retail chain stores.
