摘要
分子生物学是现代生物学领域最具活力的学科之一.分子生物学课程是高等院校生命科学专业开设的主干课程之一,在生物学教学中占有重要地位.为了提高分子生物学课程的教学质量,满足创新型、应用型人才培养的要求,分子生物学课程组从修订教学大纲、优选和合理使用教材、优化教学内容,采用自主式教学,以科研促进教学、以多媒体辅助教学,改革理论课和实验课考核方式等方面对分子生物学课程进行了探索性的改革尝试.
Molecular biology is one of the most vigorous branches of modern biology. The course molecular biology plays an important role in biology course construction and is one of the major required courses for the majors in life sciences. In order to improve teaching quality and satisfy the demands of the cultivation of innovative and applied talents, through revising syllabus, choosing and using excellent textbooks, optimizing teaching content, autonomous class teaching, scientific research-promoted teaching, multimedia-assisted teaching, and reforming assessment models of theory and experimental courses, a series of explorative reformation on molecular biology teaching was carried out in this study.
