摘要
分子生物学是农林院校许多生物类专业的主干课程,在整个生物学理论教学中占有重要地位。本文结合笔者近年在福建农林大学讲授《分子生物学》这门课程的实践经验,从教学大纲、教材选用、教学方式方法等层面探讨分子生物学课程教学改革的设想。在教学中贯穿着素质教育,培养学生的动手能力、创造能力和创新意识,让理论和实践相结合,让学生在兴趣中学习,在快乐中成长。笔者已将这些设想付诸教学实践,并在教学中获得初步成效。
Molecular biology is the main specialized course in agricultural and forestry colleges.So as to have more innovative students,we have reformed and innovated the teaching of molecular biology according to the author's working experience in Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University.It is mainly about the following aspects: teaching outline,the selection of textbooks and the teaching form.It has been demonstrated that these changes are beneficial to the teaching of molecular biology,activing the enthusiasm of students and increasing the awareness of innovation.What is more,it provided good reference of improving the teaching quality of molecular biology and cultivating quality type persons.
