摘要
目的:对比分析腔内激光及抽剥术治疗单纯性下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:分析我院普外科采用腔内激光治疗和采用传统手术治疗单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张的两组患者的临床资料。对两组患者的手术时间、手术出血量、术后疼痛,术后下床活动时间、住院时间以及并发症情况进行比较。结果:腔内激光治疗组患者术中出血量、手术时间均少于传统组,下床活动早于传统组,住院时间明显缩短。结论:腔内激光治疗与传统手术方式相比创伤小,疗效确切,是值得推广的一种方法。
Objective： To compare the clinical effects of treating the superficial varicose veins in lower extremities with endovenous laser technique or conventional surgery（ vein stripping to remove the affected veins）. Methods： Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in patients undergone treatment with the above techniques concerning the operative time,blood loss,postoperative pain,off-bed activities,hospital stay and complications. Results： The patients treated with endovenous laser had lower blood loss,shortened operative time,early recovery of activities and reduced hospital stay. Conclusion： Endovenous laser may have less trauma and better effects in treating the superficial varicose veins in lower limbs,and is worthy of wider clinical recommendation.
