摘要
目的比较改良大隐静脉剥脱术和传统手术治疗单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张的效果。方法选择我院2017年4月至2018年4月收治的80例单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用改良大隐静脉剥脱术治疗。比较两组患者的住院情况、疼痛情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间、手术时间明显短于对照组,切口数量及术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良大隐静脉剥脱术治疗单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张,可以缩短患者的住院时间及手术时间,减少术中出血量,且切口数量更少,并发症少,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To compare the effect of modified great saphenous vein stripping and traditional operation in the treatment of simple varicose of superficial veins of lower extremities.Methods From April 2017 to April 2018,80 patients with simple of superficial varicose veins of lower extremities treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional operation,while the observation group was treated with modified great saphenous vein stripping.The hospitalization,pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the number of incisions and amount of intraoperative bleeding were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the both groups decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified great saphenous vein stripping can shorten the hospitalization time and operation time of patients with simple varicose of superficial veins of lower extremities,reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,and with fewer incisions and complications.It is worth applying and promoting in clinic.
