摘要
目的探讨火针结合压力衣治疗单纯性下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法将2012年12月—2014年6月就诊的单纯性下肢静脉曲张患者60例纳入研究并依据随机数字表法分组,对照组30例予以压力衣单一治疗,观察组30例予以火针联合压力衣治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后下肢静脉功能CEAP临床分级;下肢功能损害程度评分;治疗总有效率。结果 2组治疗后CEAP分级与治疗前相比,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组C0～C2所占比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后下肢功能损害程度评分以低分为主(P<0.05),观察组0～1分患者人数较对照组更多(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.3%,明显较对照组46.7%的总有效率高(P<0.05)。结论火针结合压力衣治疗单纯性下肢静脉曲张临床疗效显著,能改善患肢麻木等临床症状,减少复发,防治并发症,适合一定的临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fire needle combined with pressure suit in the treatment of simple varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods 60 cases of simple lower extremity varicosity in our hospital from December 2012 to June 2014 were studied and grouped according to random data table.30 cases in the control group were treated with pressure clothes single treatment,and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with fire needle combined with pressure clothing.The clinical grading of lower extremity venous function,the degree of lower extremity function impairment and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The difference of CEAP grade between the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the proportion of C0~C2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lower limb function damage score of the two groups was mainly low(P<0.05),and the number of 0~1 points in the observation group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group was always effective.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 46.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fire needle and pressure clothing is effective in treating simple varicose veins of lower extremity.It can improve the clinical symptoms such as limb numbness,reduce recurrence and prevent complications.It is suitable for a certain clinical application.
