摘要 目的评价940nm半导体激光连续发射模式治疗下肢静脉曲张临床效果。方法采用940nm半导体激光连续发射模式治疗下肢静脉曲张患者131例(209条肢体),传统手术方法治疗80例(131条肢体),比较两组治疗效果。结果激光治疗组住院时间、手术时间和术后并发症明显少于传统手术组;随访两组治疗效果无明显差异。激光治疗后静脉壁全程均可见明显碳化,内膜剥脱破坏,细胞轮廓丧失,纤维蛋白沉积,许多区域呈现明显的空泡和水肿,胶原纤维水肿和蜡样改变,内膜局部可见凝固性坏死。结论940nm半导体激光连续发射模式是治疗下肢静脉曲张的理想方法。 Objective:To evaluated the safety and efficacy of endovenous 940nm dlocle laser continuous emtsston mocle treatment(EVLT) for lower extremity varicose vein. Methods : 131 patients (209limbs)with varicose vein were treated by EVLT;80 patients (131 limbs) were treated by tredttlonal surgery. Results : The hospital stay and operation duration was significant less in EVLT group than treditional surgery group. The treatment-related side effects was signifloent less tn EVLT group than traditional sursery group. The effect of two groutos on improving the symptoms were not different, Histopathologic examination found the vein wall treated by EVLT showed carbonization, denudation of the Intima, loss of cellular contours, and fibrin deposltion. Conelusion :940nm diode laser continuous emission mode treatment is a ideal method for treatment of lower extremity varicose vein.
