摘要
催化裂化装置中,主风机是不可缺少的重要设备,由于其为高速转动机械,管嘴受力要求非常严格,因此进出口的管道设计将直接影响其安全运行。本文从主风机进出口管线的工艺特点和管道应力两个方面进行分析,结合工程实例和CAESAR II的详细应力分析数据,提出了针对主风机入口管线采用控制转速调节流量或采用控制入口阀门开度调节流量时的两种管道设计方案;同时对主风机出口管线以DN800为分界时的两种管道设计方案。
The main air blower is an important equipment in FCC,because of the mechanical rotating at high speed,nozzle force requirements are very strict. Therefore,the inlet and outlet piping design will directly affect the safe operation. This paper analyses the design of inlet and outlet piping for main air blower according to the process flow characteristics and the piping stress analysis,combines with the detailed stress engineering examples and the data of CAESAR II analysis, proposes four kinds of pipeline design scheme which depend on the different process flow and diameter of the pipe.
