摘要 主风机在催化裂化和DMTO装置中都是关键设备,其布置和管道设计关系到整个装置的安全和长周期运行。本文总结了主风机厂房的布置要点,以及主风机进出口管道和附属管道的设计要点。举例说明了厂房内主风机组、润滑油系统以及其他附属设备的布置,说明了进出口管道上支吊架和膨胀节的设置。本文同时对两类装置的不同之处进行了探讨,分析了轴流式主风机和离心式主风机管道设计的关键,为后续类似的设计工作提供了一定的参考。 Main air blower is the key equipment in FCC and DMTO unit,its layout and pipe design are related to the safety and long cycle operation of the whole unit.The layout of the main air blower,as well as its inlet and outlet pipes and auxiliary pipes design points,were summarized.An example was given to illustrate the layout of the main air blower,lubricating oil system and other auxiliary equipment in the plant,and the setting of supports,hangers and expansion joints on the inlet and outlet pipes.The differences between the two types of units were discussed,the pipe design of axial main air blower and centrifugal main air blower were analyzed,which provided a certain reference for the subsequent similar design work.
