摘要
介绍了华北石化公司120万t/a催化裂化装置的烟气轮机组参数及运行情况。通过计算比较烟气轮机组实际运行情况与设计工况,分析了机组在实际运行中存在的主要问题,从机组效率、工艺参数等方面分析了机组未发电的原因,通过改造提高机组效率,优化操作条件,提高了烟气轮机效率,最终实现烟气轮机发电,取得了显著的节能效果。
This article introduces the parameters and operation of the flue gas turbines of 120×104 t/a catalytic cracking unit in PetroChina North China Petrochemical Company.After comparing the real operation and design condition of the flue gas turbine unit through calculation,the article analyzes the main problems existing in real operation of the units.It analyzes the reasons why the power generation of units failed from the unit efficiency and process parameters.Through transformation,the unit efficiency is increased;the operating conditions are optimized;the efficiency of the flue gas turbine is raised,and finally,power generation from flue gas turbine is realized.Notable energy saving effect is obtained.
