摘要
由于其位置和作用特殊,用于催化裂化装置上的单动、双动滑阀工作时直接接触高温催化剂或烟气,其正常运行与否直接关系到整个装置的安全平稳。通过对其工作原理及其典型事故进行剖析,提出了滑阀管理方法和预防事故发生的有效措施。
As single or double acting slide valve's working position and affecting being special in catalytic cracking unit,these contact hot catalyst and flue gas directly,its malfunction may reduce and even deadly threaten the plant safety and production liability.The new ideas of slide valve management and malfunction preventive measures were proposed by detailed analysis on equipment structure and typical accident.
