主风流量控制是催化裂化工艺的重点和难点,主风流量控制一般是通过电液执行机构推动轴流风机静叶角实现的。该文介绍了BDY9-B(G)电液执行机构的工作原理与结构,结合实际情况,对轴流风机静叶角电液执行机构发生的故障进行分析,总结了电液执行机构常见故障的判断和处理方法,对电液执行机构的维护具有一定的指导作用。
The mainair flow control is emphases and crux of FCC technical. The mainair flow control is generally realized by electrohydraulic-actuator push axial-fan static-vane-angle. This paper introduce the operate principle and structure of the BDY9- B( G) electrohydraulic-actuator,combining physical truth,analyzing the axial-fan static-vane-angle electrohydraulic-actuator fault,summarizing judgment and treatments of electrohydraulic-actuator general fault,it has a certain instruction action for electrohydraulic-actuator maintenance.
