摘要 信息不对称现象普遍存在于高职院校办学的全过程中。这种现象的存在,会造成学校、学生、政府、行业企业等各方在涉及高职人才培养的专业设置、专业招生、培养过程、学生就业等方面的信息掌握不一致,并最终导致学生不能选到合适的专业、学校教学资源浪费、行业企业选不到合适的人才的结果。通过建立一定的机制和采取有效的策略最大程度消除各主体方之间的信息不对称现象,降低其不利影响,对高职院校为地方经济发展培养合适人才至关重要。 Information asymmetry phenomenon exists in the whole process of higher vocational colleges. The existence of this phenomenon will cause colleges, students, governments, industries and enterprises to master inconsistent information on profession setting, recruitment, training, employment and etc. and eventually lead to the fact that students can not choose a suitable major, school teaching resources waste, and industries and enterprises can not find the appropriate talents. Eliminating information asymmetry among various parties by establishing certain mechanism and taking effective strategies can reduce the adverse effects, which is important for higher vocational colleges to cultivate appropriate talents for local economic development.
