摘要
信息不对称引起的人才培养结构失调及毕业生与用人单位之间的非协调性博弈,往往使毕业生在择业过程中困难重重.文章用信息不对称条件下所形成的'柠檬市场'理论与'逆向选择'理论分析高校毕业生就业过程中所遇到的难点,并就如何避免信息不对称所引发的高校毕业生就业率下降问题提出了对策.
The graduates often have trouble in looking for job s because the imbalance structure of people training and the games that are not co ordinate between the graduates and the employers under asymmetric information.Th e thesis analyses the difficulties with which the graduates in institutions meet when they look for jobs with the two theory,and explicate the countermeasures a bout how to obviate the drop of rate of employment of the graduates in instituti ons under asymmetric information.
