摘要
大学毕业生就业市场中存在着的信息不对称是当前毕业生就业困难的重要原因之一,它所引起的逆向选择和道德风险会加大交易成本,降低市场效率,制约就业市场的发展,对毕业生的就业产生负面作用。因此,我们必须采取有效措施消除信息不对称所带来的不利影响,促使毕业生的就业问题得以顺利解决。
The information asymmetry in the procedure of high colledge graduates' job hunting becomes one of the impontant reasons for the hard employment of graduates.It leads to the increasment of lost,low of market efficiency and bowndedness of employmant market.Therefore,we should adopt efficient countermeasures to eliminate the negative impactions and solve the problems of graduates' employment.
