护理专业学生参与第二课堂活动的现状及其影响因素 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解在校护理专业学生参与第二课堂活动的现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法2014年1-2月,采用自制问卷对莆田学院902名四年制本科及三年制专科(均包括助产专业)护生进行第二课堂活动参与情况的调查。结果经常参与第二课堂活动者占4.70%,偶尔参与者占72.70%,几乎不参与者占22.60%。参与目的以提高专业水平为主;信息来源以教师或同学为主;居前3位的经常参与项目为专业讲座、志愿者服务、入学教育;80%以上护生对第二课堂活动感到满意。不了解、不感兴趣、没时间是护生未参与第二课堂的主要原因,不同专业方向、年级、性别、自评成绩等级、性格类型、了解程度(对第二课堂)的护生对第二课堂活动参与程度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应积极开展护理专业学生的第二课堂活动,加强宣传与引导,兼顾护生的个性化特点,丰富活动内容,以提高护生对第二课堂的参与度。 Objective To investigate the current status of the participation of second classroom activities among nursing students and discuss the influencing factors Methods A total of 902 nursing students were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire.Results The students which often participated in the second classroom activities accounted for 4.70%,occasionally participated in accounted for 72.70%,and almost do not participated in accounted for 22.60%.The purpose of participation mainly concentrated on improving the professional level.Teachers and classmates were main approach for students to obtain the second classroom resources.The first 3items of participation were professional knowledge lecture,volunteer service,and entrance education.More than 80%of nursing students were satisfied with the second classroom activities.The main reasons reported by nursing students for low participation rate were lack of knowledge about the second classroom,losing interest in the second classroom and lack of time.There were significant differences in participation of the second classroom according to professional direction,grade,gender,record of studies,character and understanding degree of second classroom(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion It is important to implement to the second classroom activities and enhance the participation.We also pay attention to the personality characteristics of nursing students and provide them with appropriate activities to increase the participation.
