摘要
采用对比实验的方法,研究了以酚醛树脂作为基础结合剂制备的不同种类镀层金刚石磨具试样的力学性能、磨削性能和对磨削面微观形貌的影响,并进一步分析了无机物镀层相对与金属镀层在超硬材料领域的优势和应用前景。结果表明,在金刚石、酚醛树脂、氧化铬、聚四氟乙烯微粉等组分确定的前提下,镀覆刚玉的金刚石树脂结合剂磨具的磨削比较高,达到4.074,高于镀覆钛层17.7%,树脂结合剂对镀覆刚玉的金刚石的把持力最好,锋利性和耐磨性较好,具有良好的使用性能。
The experiment used phenolic resin as the basic resin bond. In this paper, the effect of corundum coating on the performance of resin diamond abrasves was studied in comparative experiment, by measuring mechanical properties and grinding performance of different coating test strips, and, in addition, the paper explored the advantages of inorganic coating and it's applications in the field of superhard materials. The experimental results showed that, under the condition that the content of the diamond, phenolic resin, chromium oxide, PTFE was determined, resin abrasive with diamond coated corundum had a relatively high grinding ratio, reaching to 4. 074,higher than Ti's by 17.7%. resin bond had best mechanical gripping force for diamond, abrasive had good performance with better sharpness and wear resistance.
