摘要
进行WA/F120K白刚玉平型砂轮成形磨削直齿条的磨削实验,利用三轴影像测绘仪SOV-3020A和MV8测量软件测量齿槽,然后运用Origin8.0软件对实验数据进行曲线拟合,得到不同磨削深度下齿槽截面积与齿条齿序之间的关系式,从而推导出不同磨削深度下当前磨削比和累计磨削比的预测公式。结果表明:砂轮的磨削比随所磨削齿数的增加而呈指数下降关系,并且在磨削初期下降很快;磨削深度越大,磨削比越大,磨除率也越高;累计磨削比是当前磨削比的2倍左右。因此,为提高磨削效率,在粗磨时一般采用大磨削深度进行磨齿。另外,还对成形砂轮磨削齿槽的截面相对形状误差进行了研究,结果表明:磨削深度越大,其齿槽相对形状误差越小。因此在精磨削时,磨削深度较小,为保证齿条的磨削精度,一般磨削5~6个齿,就要修整一次砂轮。
The grinding experiment of WA/F120K white corundum flat grinding wheel forming grinding straight rack was carried out. In the experiment, SOV-3020A type tri-axial image mapper was utilized to measure the profile of the tooth space in the rack, and the curve equations between the sectional area of the tooth space and the tooth sequence under different grinding depths were established by nonlinear curve re gress using software of originS.0. Then, it deduced the prediction equations for current grinding ratio and cumulative grinding ratio under different grinding depths. The results show that the grinding ratio of the grinding wheel decreases exponentially with the increase of the number of grinding teeth, and it decreases rapidly in the initial stage of grinding. The larger the grinding depth, the larger the grinding ratio and the higher the grinding rate. The cutting ratio is about twice the current grinding ratio. Therefore, in order to improve the grinding efficiency, the grinding is generally performed at a large grinding depth in the rough grinding. In addition, the cross-section relative shape error of the grinding wheel of the forming wheel was also studied in the paper. The results show that the larger the grinding depth, the smaller the relative shape error of the cogging. Therefore, in the fine grinding, the grinding depth is small. In order to ensure the grinding precision, after grinding 5 to 6 teeth, it is necessary to trim the grinding wheel.
