摘要
教师专业发展意味着教师依靠自己在充满复杂性和不确定性的具体教育教学情境中构建个性化的实践知识。运用"教育叙事",教师以文本的形式追忆他们置身其中的日常生活世界,以冷静、理性的姿态阅读自己和自己的故事,通过一次次的解构与重构,对自身进行鞭辟入里的剖析,从而完成其主体性的重塑,实现自身的觉醒与解放。
Professional teacher development means teachers will rely on their own to construct personalized and practical knowledge in the specific educational teaching context which is fulfilled with complexity and uncertainty.Using the narrative theory,teachers practice the form of text to recall the daily life of the world that they place themselves in it,with a calm and rational attitude to recite themselves and their stories,through deconstruction and reconstruction again and again,and thorough analysis.They can accomplish and enhance the reconstruction of themselves and grasp their own awakening and liberation.
