摘要
论述了有限元应力分析设计对球罐建造的意义和必要性,总结了球罐应力分析主要需解决的问题,明确了分析时应考虑的载荷,提出根据球罐全寿命期内工况的不同,应建立不同的有限元模型分别加以分析。针对所提出的待解决的问题,分别阐述了其解决方法,包括几何模型选取、载荷的等效处理、位移边界条件和力边界条件的施加,应力分类以及评定原则,主要的应力评定区域等。进行应力分析设计的某在役乙烯球罐的实际运行结果表明,该应力分析方法是安全可靠的。
This paper discusses the importance and necessity of Finite Element Analysis( FEA) stress analysis design method for the construction of spherical tanks. Some main problems to be solved in the stress analysis of spherical tanks are presented. After listing some primary loads acting on the sphere,it states that different FEA models should be established according to the different working conditions of the sphere throughout its whole life span. This paper also discusses the solutions for the problems mentioned above,including the selection of geometric model,the equivalent treatment of loads,the application of displacement and force boundary conditions as well as the principles of stress evaluation and the regions to be evaluated. The actual operation of an ethylene spherical tank for which stress analysis design was made shows that this stress analysis method is safe and reliable.
