摘要
对天然气球罐、管道及其防腐层的选材进行了技术经济比较。对3000m3以下的球罐选用国产16MnR钢板,对5000m3及以上的球罐采用进口CF-62高强钢板。球壳结构型式选用4带混合式。对高压次高压燃气管道,若公称直径不大于400mm,采用直缝高频电阻焊(ERW)钢管;否则,采用UOE成型的直缝双面埋弧焊(LSAW)钢管。对中压燃气管道,若公称直径不大于200mm,采用PE管;否则,采用ERW钢管。管道防腐宜采用三层PE复合结构防腐涂层牺牲阳极保护。
The techno-economic comparison of material selection of natural gas spherical gasholder, pipeline and their anticorrosive coating is made. The Chinese-built 16MnR steel plate is selected for less than 3000 m^3 spherical gasholder, and the import CF-62 high-strength steel plate for 5000 m^3 and over spherical gasholder. The mix type with 4 belts is selected for the structural type of spherical shell. For high-pressure and subhigh-pressure gas pipeline, the steel pipe with longitudinal high-frequency resistance welding is used if the nominal diameter does not exceed 400 mm; the UOE formed steel pipe with longitudinal double-side submerged-arc welding is used if not. For middle-pressure gas pipeline, the PE pipe is used if the nominal diameter does not exceed 200 mm; the steel pipe with longitudinal high-frequency resistance welding is used if not. For pipeline corrosion protection, anticorrosive coating of composite structure with 3 coats of PE and sacrificial anode protection should be adopted.
