摘要
1台 15 0 0m3的 16MnR液化石油气球罐 ,建造时经过整体热处理 ,运行 4a后在检修中发现大量裂纹。用X射线法对该球罐进行了系统的残余应力测试 ,分析了大量裂纹与残余应力水平的关系。对出现裂纹最多的区域和未见裂纹的区域分别进行考察 ,结果表明 ,焊缝附近残余应力总体水平较高 ,内壁赤道带焊缝处残余应力高达 0 .72σs,显示当初的热处理效果不理想。球罐大修补焊及整圈热处理后在相同位置重新进行测试 ,结果表明 ,残余应力大幅度降低 ,整体下降约 5 0 % ,热处理效果良好。
A large number of cracks are found in the 1500m^3 liquefied petroleum gas spherical vessel during the inspection after four years of running. The vessel being fully heat-treated is made of 16MnR. Then the relationships between the numerous cracks and residual stress should be analyzed by testing the vessel systematically with X-Ray method. The test results show that the integral level of its residual stress is much higher in the areas near the welding line after detecting the area with most cracks and without cracks, and the residual stress of original state zone of inner surface has been up to (0.72 σ s), which proves the effect of the heat treatment is not good enough. The secondary residual stress test of the same testing points at work site after the integral heat treatment of large ring weld bead is performed. The residual stress decreases obviously and comes down about 50% totally, which shows the effects of the second heat treatment is good. Meanwhile, the measurement to the stress in the vertical direction with X-Ray is finished after a set of special treatments in the outfield.
