摘要
对球罐进行首次定期检验,经无损检测发现球罐上极带、赤道带和下极带3条主环焊缝部位存在大量裂纹。通过金相分析,发现存在魏氏组织。经过调查分析,确定魏氏组织是因焊接热输入控制不当造成的。提出了消缺和现场返修采取的焊接、热处理和质量检测等工艺措施。该案例值得国内同类型设备检验和修复时参考,提倡重视设备的定期检验工作。
After the first regular inspection of spherical tank,a large number of cracks were found in three main girth welds of upper belt,equatorial belt and lower belt by nondestructive testing.Widmannstatten structure was spotted through metallographic analysis.The study showed that it was caused by improper control of welding heat input.Measures were described for defect elimination and on-site repair,such as welding,heat treatment and quality inspection.The experiences leant from case will provide valuable reference for the same kind of tank.Regular inspections should be taken seriously.
